My honest opinion is that it was part of the FSU package to Jimbo. The $$ people are sick of seeing Clemson run the conference that FSU use to own. Raise, football operation upgrades and "help" getting top talent back to restore the order in the acc.

Look, I love Orgeron but all I'm saying is one on one with recruits that are of a position of need for LSU Jimbo beat us out. Plain and simple. Come up with excuses all you want but that happened. Orgeron is a great recruiter and I am actually surprised that he held onto the class as well as he did, but it could have been better.
That being said he did a great job.

Les is better and he didn't dominate. It's not just recruiting. We recruit just fine. It's the coaching we need and while Jimbo is a good coach and the guy I wanted but he has underachieved at FSU. Until the past 2 years with Clemson, he should've never lost in conference.
