I cruised the Michigan boards, about 90% are convinced he is gone
1% are claiming he already enrolled at Michigan is playing the game
I don't think that would be a very good move on his is part, very doubtful.
What happened? He decommitted from them months ago for a reason...now it just cements it

That was largely due to Carr's efforts, not RR. And PSU had a disappointing (for them) 06 and 07, so their recruiting took a hit that year.

Him sending in his papers doesn't mean he can't change his mind. I think there maybe some truth to it, but I beleive the report..he has passed on Michigan

Why has everyone assumed he was a Michigan lock all along anyways? Kinda like LSU assuming RR is a lock, I don't think so!
he de-committed for a reason..change of heart, wanted to make sure he looked at all options, once he looked around, Perhaps going to LSU seemed like a fit after "Perhaps he got the call from Coach O!
