ETA: I want to add I am not trying to troll your board. I was pretty certain he would flip until the past week. I'm no longer worried at all. Y'all have to know we hear a lot more info being right here. It's probably a lot like it is there where everybody pretty much knows everybody.

While I agree, one thing to remember is the high will wear off. That is why the USC insider throwing in a Crystal ball as quick as he did was ill-advised. most, not all, in the business wait for that visit high to fade. Possibly also why his CB rate is as low as it is. He has a decision to make and it's not gonna be finalized while on his visit.

Kid def loves home. Kid needs to let visit wear off before making decision. Not being a homer but kid is making horrible decision if he stays in SC. Their football history is horrible. Maybe he wants to be hometown hero that brings the cocks a championship. Good luck no matter where kid signs. I have heard we have lost a lot if not all headway we had after this weekend. Kid seems to really like wearing that SC uniform. Here is to him picking the good guys

Understand the local pull. With us he will have to earn it unlike it being put on a platter there. I still have a USC jersey a friend give me but it doesn't mean I wear it...He is LSU bound..

I guess the best way for me to explain it is to refer to clemson. When we went on the 5 yr streak against them it started bc ONE instate 5* decided to stay home. Then other blue chip recruits noticed and must've thought if that guy was willing to take a chance, there must be something good going on here and they took the same chance on us. We didn't take advantage of what we could have accomplished with that talent. Though had the playoff system existed then we may have snuck in the yr we finished 4th. Anyway, Pickens choosing us over clemson last year (a 5* instate kid we battled them for) and then Burch choosing us over y'all..that sends a pretty good message to other kids that maybe..just maybe..we are worth taking a chance on.

I know ppl make the Muschamp argument and yeah, it's def a valid one. BUT..also going back to clemson..we wanted them to keep Dabo forever those first 5 yrs bc he couldn't beat us to save his life. He meddled in the coordinators' positions just like Muschamp is notorious for doing on offense. Then when he was at risk of being fired, he put together a staff that worked and finally left them alone to do their jobs. And we've all seen the results from those changes. Who is to say that can't happen here?

He’ll probably follow the advice from a knowledgeable person that might know something about “ Show Me Money” in the long run!!!
2. Ohio State defensive end Nick Bosa, 49ers: $33,434,347

· 3. Alabama defensive tackle Quinnen Williams, Jets: $32,415,769

· 4. Clemson defensive end Clelin Ferrell, Raiders: $31,251,646

28. Notre Dame defensive tackle Jerry Tillery, Chargers: $11,388,994

That’s why you don’t sign with South Carolina!

LSU was coming off 10 win seasons the years Robinson and Sopsher commited to Alabama. LSU was preparing to play in the NC when Collins conmitted. South Carolina is coming off a 4-8 season (29-34 in the last 5 seasons) with little hope of beating out Florida or Georgia in the next 3 years and coach on the hot seat. The situations aren't exactly the same.

And LSU was coming off of a 4 win season when they signed Kevin Faulk. Maybe some people want to be the spark for change in the program.

would make a lot of sense if you were from South Carolina, plus its some nice country side out that way if you like getting outdoors and it doesn't have quite the kind of heat we have down here in south Louisiana. I could see plenty reasons a kid would want to sign with South Carolina. Some pretty women over there as well.

Saben signed the players, the players made the plays. Saban is a great recruiter to be sure. But if those kids don't go play for him then he isn't shite.

great recruiting can make most anyone a great coach unless they are to stubborn and won't change their offense. Miles won a championship and almost another even with an antiquated offenses. I don't think Muschamp is like that. Give him Clemsons or Bamas players and he would be right there in it if were willing to hire good enough coordinators and adapt to the changes in the way the game is played these days.

He may not be great but he is good enough

You obviously don’t know how the better teams get more media attention— yes— maybe he could be found—- but try getting sacks when you are double teamed. Not to mention Boom is gonna be gone.
He’s better off with powerhouses. SC is no world beater. JMHO
