we have enough qaukity competition at the QB position already

why bring in another senior that has a chance of getting zero PT?

Calm down GT. Stick to trolling SEC boards.

I believe the objective is to build a NEW offense not throw a 1 and done QB into the mix.

Etling will stand or fall this Spring.

How ever, Zaire is intriguing.

What makes you believe that he would thrive?

His skill set and Canada's track record. What makes you think he wouldn't?

LSU is fine with the players they have at QB. I think Scott will surprise a lot of people.

This is false, he has one year left.

Pitt, Florida and Wisconsin, along with Michigan State, were the leading teams to land Zaire.

This article is 3 months old so who knows if Canada is still looking at him, my guess is not since Etling has plenty of experience along with good depth already at the quarterback position.

I am scared to death with Etling at QB. I think it makes us 2-3 loss team.

Maybe I am just nervous because our track record of QBs haven't been great. Hopefully Canada can change this horrible trend.

I will give Etling props he had some great games last year when Emsinger was the OC.

I am mostly intrigued by Lindsey Scott Jr. That is who I am watching most this spring.

I will give you credit and say this GT.

Looking at old Pitt games from last year and watching how they ran offense. Then coupling that with how Malik Zaire looked against us during the bowl game a few years ago.

I can only imagine how much damage MZ could do in that offense.
