I think they probably announce a few of them together. Likely after signing day. IIRC, thus was how it was done last year. Right now it's all about recruiting. Get the high schoolers in, give them their time for a day or two and then the transfers start being announced. We'll have a pretty good idea of who will be coming by then though.
