Who anchored the WBB recruiting thread?

You need to go re-read the rules, Bub, on anchor qualifications that Chicken posted on the Help board.
There's interest and active participation by multiple posters in identifying WBB HS prospects for upcoming classes. There's nothing duplicate or redundant topic-wise. It has nothing to do with the WBB transfer portal or the current signed class. Just future prospects/targets for WBB.
Explain yourself.

All the stickied threads are normally also anchored. Maybe they only did half the process so far?
ETA: I believe it's so they don't jump positions within the groups of stickies.

It was never stickied or pinned. But it was an active thread with multiple participants. Now it’s anchored and doesn’t bump up the topic index with new posts.

It doesn’t even have to be stickied. It the conversation dies off because of lack of interest, so be it.
But I would guess some mod thought there was too much WBB talk and anchored it when it is actually a specific topic.
