Because some will be asked to gray shirt at the last minute or they may be used as last year signees if they are early enrollees. Depends on how many they signed last year. Don't have stats.

95% chance he stays
93% chance he goes to Ohio state
3% chance he comes here.

While I understand the premise , we can't think like this. Very few 17-18 year old kids have loyalty to any state or any coach. We have to appeal to top recruits across the nation as well as local kids. Thats the staff and admins job. I love LSU with all my heart but if my son is D1 material the decision will be his based on relationships, comfort, and where he sees the best chance to succeed. For some reason we haven't been able to sell ourselves well enough to top LB talent.

I get it. Believe me I do.
But what you're telling me is that you're son would know exactly what he is doing. Right?
Ok these guys know exactly what they're doing.
Some kids play the attention game.
Who's going to give me attention next??
And it's getting more prevalent each year.
These elite recruiters know what their doing.
It's just my opinion. But look at how many decomits there are compared to in the past.

I completely agree and have thought Moses was a prima donna for the last 3 years.I'm not as familiar with Allen. My point was simply that we can't play the loyalty card on a 17 year old. They owe their parents for raising them and that's all. If we were winning the games we were capable of the past 5 years it wouldn't be an issue. Hopefully this staff has us on the right track.

It's mind boggling to me why these guys don't want to play for LSU to, I know where id have played if I were D1 player. But it wasn't cause I owed LSU its cause I love LSU.

Great point.
Not disagreeing with you at all.
It's just an observation.

And I too don't get it.

Hopefully this staff can bring back that pride to some extent.

That's the hardest part for me to understand also. I was cheering on the tigers as a 5 yr old. To stab your hometown in the back was unfathomable. Go to Ohio St, Clemson, Michigan, FSU or anywhere other than your home school's biggest rival if BR isnt the place for you. But to go to the team all your friends and family are dying to beat just makes me question your integrity. I get they win but there are bigger things. Which win do you think was sweeter, the 3 championships LeBron won on a bought team for Miami, or the one that left him crying on the court when he brought a championship home?

And you and your son can exit our state, never come back, and not let the door hit your aaa on the way out. I really dislike traitors!
