What's the latest on George Pickens?

Auburn insiders claimed we have fallen back. Tennessee and UGA have stepped up I guess. We honestly need d-linemen. Pickens is amazing, but if we somehow managed some d-line flips I’d be fine not getting him.

Don't really need anymore receivers in this class. Its all about the DL now.

I kinda think it will end up being The Sopsher brothers, Devonta Lee, and probably Jay Ward/Christian Williams.
Would be great if we could add one of those MS DL guys to go with the Sopshers.

Good. We already have 1 were waiting on plus Hampton and the "lost" Sopsher ship. That would be 3 ships burned if Parker fails to qualify, Hampton goes MLB and Rodney blows. That's quite a hit.

From what I understand as told, Parker will qualify, however if we land a bigger fish at OT before signing day, we could pass on him.

Thought they were wanting to wait a little longer on his grades, did they just decide other positions were more important?

He does still have some ambition to play TE, but would come to LSU regardless of where we play him. The real reason he didn't sign in December wasn't just about grades. It's not something I care to air publicly because it's his personal business and not mine, but he was dealing with some other issues at the time, too.

He’s not going to go there. He’ll be a true Tackle. Tennessee is getting Morris, and Wright. He would also rather play at LSU than Ten.

Tennessee is loading up on offensive line. They already got a top kid for the 20 class as well.
