None recruits knew it was going to be Ensminger two weeks ago. Marshall knew about it.

I'm saying he was better calling Crowtons plays that Crowton was not allowed to call.

Of course it will. It will have a negative impact on LSU, it's students, it's fans, the entire frickin state. Ensminger doesn't possess the creative aptitude necessary to coordinate a successful offense against the likes of Saban U or any accomplished DC. If LSU would of had Canada in 2011, theres no way they lose to Saban u in the NC game. Orgeron wants more control over the offense without it being obvious so someone else can take the blame when the offense is unproductive. Just like the Troy game when he stuck his nose in there and screwed the pooch in the first half. Most kids want to play for a NC. You won't win a NC, or play for one, if your offense is predictable. And with Ensminger at the helm, that's what you will get. LSU deserves better, the fans deserve better, the state deserves better. A program the level of LSU should have the best money can buy. No excuse for settling for anything else. O's ego and micro management is going to take LSU where he took Ole Miss. Maybe he's got his eyes on an accomplished OC. But, if he promotes Ensminger, it's back to the latter Miles era.

No, instead he took the failure of a playbook from Cameron and outperformed half the SEC with it. I could care less about drawing up plays. It's calling plays the offense can effectively execute that matters to the scoreboard.

Really? Can you provide a link?

"You might be surprised on that....Even the notion of Ensminger being a potential replacement for Canada was a big selling point for Terrace Marshall."

Thanks. This is what I have been saying. If Coach O truly believes he is the guy, the 2018 recruits are in, this is time to show fans, recruits and everyone else he is indeed the right man for the job. When is the last time we saw LSU's offense unable to get 3 yards in 3 downs?
