Bert Hale 2020 DT was there with Caldwell. Both from Oak Grove. He transferred in from Delhi Charter where the coaches weren't doing anything for the kid recruiting wise. He's 6'4 315 and just beginning to be seen. He's a Sec quality player.

Just watched the Abram Booty highlight video.
I had forgotten how good he was. Just goes to show that you don't have to be a blazer to be a great WR. He ran GREAT routes and caught everything in reach. Too bad he got hurt.

I'm going to throw this out there. For the record, I do NOT think this is the case. However, I both hope it is and am allowing for the possibility:
Not too long ago it seemed we were 'solid' with Sophsher. Soon after that, which included an unofficial and the discussion of offering his brother, the flirting with Bama began in earnest. Note most of the Gump boards started the 'we don't want him anyway' talking points.
What if... we're turning the tables on Saban with this one. What if... we're getting Saban to hold a spot and work the numbers while we have Ika on a visit.
