i like Rivers accuracy in that clip, but that may be a little misleading because they dont show his incompletions.
two things really stood out to me. One, he often falls away when throwing instead of stepping in to it. Thats the same thing I saw Lee do this year. Krags can hopefully get him out of that habit.
Second is his arm strength. It appears good, but not great, and could be because of the point i mentioned above, or his awkward throwing motion.
I didnt see him really throw one on a rope, as they say, and i saw receivers waiting on the ball at times. Of course he's still young, and im sure all of that will improve.
he appears to have all the tools to be one of the best we've seen in a while at LSU. We'll find out how good a choice Miles made with Krags. This guys development will be a great barometer, and his success could pave the way for LSU to regularly haul in top ranked QBs when it needs one.

What impressed me most is Rivers keeps his eyes looking down field. Even though he scrambles, he's looking for the open receiver.
This.

Rivers does seem a little skiddish to me. He definitely has talent but he seems a little rattled by the lightest of pressure. Dunno really because I've seen so few clips of him.
