Coaching matters--Baylor and TCU have never been in the top 20 recruiting classes, ranking from a high of 26th by TCU in 2011 to a low of 50 by TCU in 2014. 2010-2014 both programs have been somwhere in the 26-50 range. Obviously, these coaches recurit to their needs and to fit their systems. Then they design schemes and plays to feature their playmakers. Nough said!
