that affected Mettenbergers rhythm on offense
lol This is so dumb.

I'll agree the offense changed some, but it was because the defense was so shitty they decided to go to a more ball control style to help out the defense. But that's it. Mettenberger struggling was all on him forcing it only two people on offense even when there were other options available. That's on him. Not Les.

The stats Datbayoubengal posted up above gives a clue.

Again, they were attempting the same amount of passes. They were more successful with the passing game earlier in the year. Helped by playing UAB and Kent State. Also, UGA's secondary was young and terrible.

he just wasn't in rhythm the second half of the season like before with slingin the ball around because they started running more.

You can't keep saying this. It's not true.

They actually passed less against the UAB's and Kent States as you said. But averaged 30+ a game passing attempts against the Georgia's, TCU's, Auburns and Miss States. But you believe what you wanna. And Mettenbeger just wasn't the same passer like the first half. It wasn't only the Ole Miss game. He overthrew receivers in other games along with more INT's like he forgot how to pass.

My point was, you're confusing success with attempts. LSU threw the ball about the same amount throughout the season.

Ok. What does that have to do with Les tanking the offense (which was your original point)?

The fact that you're still arguing this after stats disproved your original gripe is mind boggling.
