Any Bama fan who is mad at Lance should.
Any fan who looks looks at it as a career move can understand.
Seems to me that at least 50% of Bama fans are pissed. So those 50% should understand the hate.

Amazes me how little the Bama fans seem to know their Head Coach. They act like they are surprised that Sabin is losing an Assistant Coach. If he stays there another couple of years, I'll guess they'll finally figure how that keeping coaches is the surprise and losing them is the norm.
God help those coaches if one of their wives gets seriously ill like Charlie Harbison's wife.

And the Florida Gators have not been mentioned in this thread about Trent Richardson? My God we are the only team in it from Florida and he is taking his official this weekend to Gainesville.

I don't hate CLT, I think it was a little shitty of him to leave before NSD. But I understand, if someone is gonna pay me twice as much, I'd probably go to. And it is a little different, CLT is leaving us to go straight to a rival, not going to the pros for two years and coming back.

It isn't different. The man made a good move for his career. Lance isn't a Bama fan. He's a football coach. Tenn is gonna pay him a ton of money. That's what he's busted his butt for. I'm really happy for the guy and glad he helped us while he was here.

Do you think Trent could see himself playing his game in the Florida offense? I mean, your five leading rushers are all WRs and and a QB. He is a guy who wants his carries.

What I meant by that is no, I don't understand LSU's hate and four year on going obsession with Saban. The only different part is that CLT is going straight to another rival, not to the pros for two years and then coming back. I don't hate him as it is now, and I definitely wouldn't hate him under the pro situation.

I agree. I only gave LSU a 20% shot because blind optimism is required when trying to blend in with the p&g homers and I gave the Gators fan a 5% chance because I think he was crying.

Perhaps if right around signing day he trashes Saban and Bama to all the recruits and says that the only reason you had as much success as you had was because of his role...and right before Lance took the job at UT he got up on national TV and denied that he was going to UT and insulted anyone who thought so...and after he went to UT commented that Bama fans were asses...then maybe you would understand why a lot of people, nay most people, would think he was a complete tool.
