Uunbelievable but I can't help it. If he selected Alabama because he truly wanted to play ball there... good for him.. if because of his girlfriend... bad mistake.
I just can't imagine any kid growing up in Louisiana with his talent not going to LSU to play ball.
Someone please kick him with the boot out of Louisiana in the hall of shame!

He's the one that went on national TV to declare . It's almost like Jerry Springer nowadays . I would like to think that my son and I would come to a decision prior to going on ESPN . He knows what LSU means to our family . There's a lot schools I could tolerate . Bama is not one of them !

I couldnt disagree more. The fact of the matter is "It Appears" that he lied to her and others in the family to get her there. That little farce he played with his family was dishonest and manipulative. She acted surprised and disappointed and stated her disappointment. NONE OF WHICH WOULD HAVE HAPPENED HAD HE BEEN A MAN ABOUT IT BEFORE HAND.
Its was a bitch move on his part. Not where he is going to school but how he chose to inform his parents.

I think that he told her what she needed to hear to get her to florida. It's sad that he embarrassed her on national TV. Then it went Viral on Yahoo... and the comments piled on her.
When the dust settles next week in Dutchtown, there will be a lot of raw emotion to deal with and no telling how this end up. Given how the situation has gone so far, I don't think Coach Miles really has room on the roster for such thoroughly selfish and dishonest, non-family type people.

It was pretty obvious that everyone but the girlfriend was surprised. LC didn't handle the situation well at all. He will learn from this. I don't want him as a Tiger unless he really wants to be. Don't change just to make Mom happy. There appears that there is more going on in this deal...

That's pretty funny coming from Howard to be honest. If not for his mom Miami would be a huge factor in his decision and a comfortable favorite. He want to stay home and go to Miami but momma is not having that. Now that doesn't mean that he is being untruthful about his mom not knowing where he's going but it's likely he doesn't either. I'm going to go out on a limb and say his mom will know and factor in where he ends up.
