Cannot lose the top d-lineman in the country when he's in your backyard and you're a purported recruiting savant that coached d-line. Checks way too many boxes to miss out on.

So how many 3 star commits we get this weekend? If LSU loses top instate recruits again to bama then im afraid O is not the Recruiter he was made out to be. Filling recruiting needs is one thing but filling it with projects and guys that contribute 2 or 3 years down the road will not put LSU in the Playoffs.

Meh I’m from the area, know the family. IMO kid is not a absolute must get for us. I wish we just steer away from him & let him go to the dark side. Give that scholly to someone else

Couldn't agree more, if he doesn't want to play for his home state then good riddance. We'll find players that want to wear the Purple and Gold.
The guys visiting this weekend look like a fantastic group to me, could care less about chumps that want to be gumps.

all 4 of these players will be in Alabama's two deep. all 4 have Louisiana ties.
throw in Saivion Smith and Pat Surtain jr, and bama can thank louisiana/LSU for nearly 1/3 of its two deep.

Shoosh, let them be miserable over something that hasn't even happened yet. The earliest a recruit can sign is December. Enjoy their misery for the next eight months.
Let them cry and be miserable until then. If he goes elsewhere I'll grieve for a couple minutes when it happens or try to anyway.

This sounds good in your head but if this keeps up we will lose4 to 5 games per year and be a microcosm of the program we use to be.

Question for anyone; why is our spring game the same day as Bama's?
We get to decide when our spring game is, right? This seems to be a huge tactical error. It's a recruiting event as much as it is a scrimmage. It doesn't make sense to make recruits that are choosing between us and Bama pick a spring game to go to.
