I'm a big Harris fan. Has all the talent and will have great talent around him. Wish he got more playing time last year, but he is the guy this year. The Mcmillan kid won 2 texas state championships with good talent around him and is an EE. May surprise you. Cam saw something in him. Might be a surprise. God knows we have deep talent everywhere else.

That's good news to hear, maybe he'll be 215 by the time fall comes around. What I'm real hoping to hear is him putting in work with the receivers, and studying in the film room.

I don't think it about manning up as much as having the maturity to realize that you are: 1) probably not the best athlete on the field anymore, and, 2) even if you are, your job is to first distribute the ball to the playmakers around you. So, your priorities need to be: 1) learning to read defenses, pre-snap, to see mismatches and opportunities , 2) learning how to throw on time, and 3) learning how to work thru a progression to find 2nd and 3rd options.

On top of all of this is being a good citizen and role model. Jennings may not be the best QB, but I'll bet a nickel he goes to class, works in the weight room and tries his best to do what the coaches ask.

?????

Can we stop with the Harris needs to step up crap? Harris thrilled and amazed for nearly every one of the drives he was given a chance on! Has everyone forgotten he drove the offense for like 8 consecutive TD drives during his short tenure. who was the last LSU QB to do that? Answer: No one!

He was thrown into a bad situation against Aub where he was not prepared correctly to succeed in (Like AJ would've done any better).

Bank this, I don't care how bad Les is of a QB evaluater, Harris will separate himself in the Spring/Summer where Les will have no other choice than to just get out of his way!

Really?? And how do you expect the kid to do that when he gets virtually no playin time the rest of the season after one bad game.
