I think Burton and Rak hurt us a lot more, because Marshall and Chase are both gone after next season.

Burns is the big loss here. A rangy, athletic DB who uses his hands very well and is aggressive. He could have seen early playing time for us.

Lee has great size and ability, but he's not an explosive DE. He is a NT. And with Guillory already in the class and Jackson looking likely, he just wasn't a need.

I think he would have saw time as a nickel or dime guy. He's listed as a CB but plays more like a safety.

He wouldn’t play over Ricks, Stingley, or Flott in nickel, and would have to beat out Raydar and Ward for the dime spot. I doubt he would do that.
