much better QBs out there next year for us to go after.

I seriously doubt that Broadway is too worried about Lee at this point. Also, I doubt he's worried about coming in behind a 3 star QB like Garrett since most other schools will have a young 4 star QB enrolled.
As for Shep, we are a long way away from a passing QB like Braodway having to be worried about Shep. It's not certain that Shep will remain at QB.
I think the real issue will be whether he wants to come in and reshirt behind JJ who will be a Senior in Broadway's fredshirt freshman. Any QB that really expects to start during or before his redhsirt freshman year at a major university is generally pizzing in the wind. If Shep plays a lot of QB and excels at the passing game, then I could see Broadway passing on LSU.
Bama has AJ coming in and he was an Elite 11 QB whose primary knock is his weight. In 2 years, he could be a solid SEC QB so Bama is no lock for any QB next year.
