AT this point, all we really know is that the Vols sucked last year, except for the defense. This year they will suck again, including on defense.
Hopefully you guys can start competing again in 2-3 years and maybe even upset Bama every once in a while.

mark my words! tennessee will go down for dirty recruiting in the next two years! asking any player that was recruited by them and they will tell you he offered them more than a scholarship and a good education.

If we had ANYBODY but him Manning would have had a national championship and Nick Saban LOVES to abuse Chavis and so does Meyer..drove 99 yards on "THE CHIEF" in 2007. The bottom line is if Chavis can't get it done LSU will hire someone who can.With that being said he is without question an upgrade from last years experiment.

ok dont ask me how i know this but i talked with a big time recruit and i asked him who recruited him dirty
he said- Lane Kiffin came in and dropped a wad of cash on the table and promised girls, money cars etc....

BTW, Tennessee talent in '07:
2008 NFL Rookie of the Year LB Jerod Mayo, 2009 NFL 1st Round Pick Robert Ayres, a S named Eric Berry.
And when was the last time LSU's defensive unit had 13 future NFL players as Tenn's 2001 defense?
