I think we’ve only got one addition to the team since the season started, so I think these guys wanted to come before what’s happening so far

Its gotta be NIL related.

But it certainly has a sun belt Billy/UF feel to it where it could fall apart rather quickly for them if the team shows no signs of life.

They play @ UK, Vandy + ULM at home the next 3 games. They need to win all 3 of those games badly.

They could if they would just stop turning over the ball.

Combination of kids seeing opportunity, money and ranking sites overinflating AL talent as they have since Saban arrived in Tuscaloosca. When you have a minute go take a look at the history of AL recruits and their bust rates towards the top. More ammunition for the Bama bump crowd. Though it's over(if it existed which is likely) the effects are still with us. It's a good state for talent no doubt but the uptick in highly rated kids in the past 15 years is a little questionable considering the hit rate.

Holy shite I didn't realize Auburn had 8 of the top 10 Alabama recruits in the state. The other two they don't have are committed to Ohio State. Bama's highest ranked Alabama kid is #13.

Also lol at Alabama's quarterback going from the #371 player in the country in February (roughly where he sat for the last two years) to the #3 ranked player in the country. I mean talk about a Bama bump.

Of their five 5 stars on 247, their three highest ranked were 4 stars until the last update
