I know it sucks, but it isn't like we are dying at Defense for talent.
We lost that game because Chavis gave no effort, and made no adjustments to a deeply flawed game plan.

LSU lost because of zero inside defense. Just gashed up the middle over and over like Mississippi State and Auburn. Read option killed that defense all year.

We also came out with 2 linebackers instead of 3, and this often lead to 1 linebacker getting pulled over to cover a tight end.
Notre Dame playerd 2 Tes for a large portion of the game, and we counters by taking out a linebacker for another safety.
