tahj has had an offer for a while now. our decision to offer him was completely indepedent of jones. i think chavis had a lot of say in this as well.

anyway welcome tahj. a year later you're once again part of this class (for good this time).

Ya'll will love this kid. I've had the opportunity to get to know him and not only a great player but just as good off the field. Everyhing has always been yes sir and no sir. He is a headhunter on special teams as well. 200 lbs is about right but he plays faster than 4.6. He spent at year banged up a bit and his quickness suffered but was back healthy for all star game. Lot of people forgot he graded in top 2 lbs at junior combine for Army All-American week his jr year.

He's got the frame.. He's a legitimate 205 and has been (hand timed) in the 4.4s multiple times at Sulphur. I used to play for Sulphur and my cousin is now on the team. He says Tahj is benching in the 400s. With his headhunting and his physical attributes, things are looking up for this linebacking core.
