Being stuborn has nothing to do with it. It is as simple as supply and demand. There are less highly rated players, so there is higher demand for those players.
Apparently the Miles Doctrine is too complicated for our ranter Brain-Trust.

he was supposed to commit saturday
for some reason that nobody in the recruiting world knows (at least 100%), he did not
-some say he didn't have a commitable offer
-some say he is a silent commit (not miles' style)
-some say it has to do with lache
-some say he wanted to commit and still take a few visits, Les told him to get the visits out of the the way then he would accept his commitment
nobody other than our coaches, storm, and a few others know for sure, which is why it's ineresting
I have to think it is a healthy combination of the three bolded scenarios..

Why would Storm and Lache be in competition for a RB slot? They are nothing alike and we have plenty of scholarships left?
Telling Storm to take the visits before we accept his verbal makes too much sense.
Storm must not have been familiar with the Miles Doctrine.
This is Miles' way of saying the train is in the station, and everyone who wants to be an LSU Tiger needs to board the train before it leaves the station.
