yeah its not like players entering the NFL draft work with speed trainers prior to the combine or anything crazy like that.
Did I say they didn't dipshit? Speed is NATURAL, can you knock a little off the time to with better technique? Sure. But when he gets the rock in his hands, with pads on, do you really think its going to matter to him? You can't improve speed that much, even with better technique. Its not like you can go from a 4.8, to running a 4.3 just because you have better technique. You're fast or you aren't.

That article is complete BS. You're not going to be that much faster even in "football shape". If the kid is slow, hes slow, period.

Talking about him improving his speed, hes acting like hes going to be much faster in his Football shape, like hes going to run a 4.4 or something. I doubt it. Very seriously.
4.6 is fine for someone his size. Just thought it was funny how the article was wrote. Who gives a shite if he can improve his time at a combine event. Its what he runs on the Football field, with pads on.

I was just trying to contribute to the discussion. Some of what you say may be true but I know Les will have Chad Jones in better shape than he was at the CWS to start the football season in Sept. too.
I hope this part of the article is true:

Thanks man, I feel better.
227 lbs is impressive in high school! He will be running 4.6's consistently when we get a hold of him. Not sure if Moffett wants to add to much weight to this one.

I like this just for his versatility. He says running back but he's a guy you could play at a few different positions and that makes him pretty damn valuable.
For a 225-230 pound dude he's really athletic..really athletic.

No doubt, it just seemed like the article was trying to insinuate he'd vastly improve his time, IMO.
He looks good on film to me but I wonder what is up with Storm. Wondering if hes a backup plan now or LSU is just cutting contact off with him?

After watching the videos, I can see some halfback passes down the road.

who in the holy hell said he could run a fricking 4.3 dipshit? The article mentioned he might be able to take off 1/10 of a second with work on his technique you're the dumb frick that can't fricking read and comprehend the article as it was written.

I think that was your own interpretation. In regards to the NFL or pleasing some idiots on a messageboard, shaving .1 of a second (going from 4.6 to 4.5) is a "vast" improvement.

Damn, that's slow for a RB.
If we're taking this kid over Storm I really don't understand this move at all. Storm seems way more athletic than Spencer.
lol, Storm was 2nd string behind some 5'5" white kid.
I never understood the Storm love on the Rant.
