Either way I don't like the buzz. Hope Davis follows through with his commitment, he's a beast.

As much as I WANT to say...

Texas mods

...history would lead me to believe...

Mike Davis

We'll see where he ends up in February. After Janzen "Daddy's scurred of Welsh, brah" Jackson, I'm not getting all worked up over these kids.

If this dude's dumb enough to go to Texas, who has produced meh WRs compared to LSU, then good luck to the poor soul.

while I agree janzen was a piece of shite with the way he handled things, you could at least see why he hid his intentions. I don't get what Davis has to gain by continually saying he's all LSU.

I'd expect to see Davis in Austin this weekend gang, maybe even making the switch.

The story plays out the EXACT same way each time, and I think Ketcham's credibility is hurt each week Davis doesn't go to Austin.

+1

Its that time of year again, where we all start to worry about those last few stud recruits we may or may not sign. Leaning on every word we hear from any site and extrapolating as much from it as we can (he was wearing _____ socks this weekend at a slumber party.. etc.)

I for one wont worry this year. After the whole Debose Lock. The Benton fiasco. The solid Kenny Bell late switch, the Dexter Pratt ball that was dropped. Not to mention Wooten, and a few others that dropped us / we dropped them stories. Need I mention the Randle Circus. Follow that up with Sam Montgomery and his surprise commit. Then we have Christine Michael and Trent Richardson debate and we land neither. And lastly the Janzen Jackson Fall Out.

The point of the story is "its never over until the line is signed" NSD is always a long time away and crazier things have happened. Another point "never, and I mean NEVER, trust what a recruit promises or says" its just not a safe bet.

This Davis thing will not die out until NSD.
Trovon Reed thing will not die out until NSD.
Lache S. thing will not die out until NSD.

I dont believe all is finished on any of these fronts and we very well could land all three or miss on all three.

He couldn't visit because he was in the Playoffs Mack wants to sit him down and offer him face to face it's a done deal.
