frick off. I think getting Dean's last visit is big for us, but I don't think it's anywhere close to 50/50 with him.
I put a lot of stock in official visits and think that for prospects on the fence they can absolutely sway their decisions.

Staff seems to be “All In” for Ika. This gives me the sense that they KNOW Sophser is out. I know everyone has expected this for some time but these recent moves and attention to Ika is even more telling.
