Seastrunk will go to Auburn or USC, but I suspect Auburn. Will not go to Texas as he has told people Texas lied to him and his mother.

Max,
Keep up the good work. You make good points and those points are being used to counter the lies now being told to LS from the AU staff.

Flame on me AU guys.

I don't think anyone from an Arky perspective is saying Malzahn made DMAC and Jones. We all know what type of God-given ability they have. He was smart enough as an OC to put these guys on the field at the same time. If anyone thinks we would have won the west that year without the introduction of the wildcat is fooling themselves...

As you can probably tell by now they view their own opinions as facts and any opinons or facts they don't agree with as lies. In their mind since the Auburn coaches aren't telling Seastrunk "Don't pay attention to all those great Auburn running backs in the past we didn't coach them" or "yeah The offenses at Arkansas and Tulsa looks impressive but that is irrelevant" they are telling lies. It doesn't really matter what you say to them, reading comprehension and logical reasoning aren't their strong suit.

Bottom line is that the AU coaches are doing a pretty good job selling the University to this point. Whether they get Lattimore or Seastrunk it helps to be in those battles that they weren't in the last few years.

Agreed, you have to put yourself in there to have a chance. We haven't been exactly a household names with top tier recruits lately so anytime guys like Lattimore and Seastrunk are speaking as highly about auburn as they have been it helps.

link? Its more like the AU fans trying to pretend that Curtis Luper produced Bo Jackson in a laboratory while Malzahn was reinventing the offensive wheel and still finding time to mold a ball of shite into Darren McFadden.

What do you mean link? You want me to link you to your own posts in this thread? You have stated over and over again that Auburn's history of running backs and Malzhans resume as an OC are irrelevant in this discussion (which is of course about what Auburn has to offer running back recruits in case you forgot). It would follow then that you agree with Born to be a Tigers post above saying Auburns staff is telling seastrunk lies...since they are telling him the opposite of your claims.

LSUGatorkiller why do you say its between Auburn and USC. You give reasoning why Texas is out of it, but why do you think LSU is out of it. No offense to Auburn or USC, but even after recent comments he made about Auburn I still feel confident he will be a tiger. Too many reason such as him being cousins with Eddie Fuller and Mike Ford, being close friends with Trovon Reed and Russell Shepard, originally being from Louisiana, and with our top 2 running backs graduating this year. I feel more confident about him then I do Vinson.

auburn fans are the ones on here bringing up the history of running backs at your school from 5,10,20 years ago to begin with, when nobody currently at the school had jack shite to do with their development, recruitment, etc. Unless its due to steroids in the water fountain I dont really think it has anything to do with Auburn itself and especially not Curtis Luper who's big selling point is what? producing 2 above average backs in the Big 12?

Are you saying that his selling point is not look at the great RBs that we've had here at Auburn/look at what Malzahn did with McFadden but instead is look at the success I had at Oklahoma State (which pales in comparison to Larry Porter's btw)?

He really hasn't said anything about USC since very early in the process and SC already has 2 very good RB commits and probably will grab another by signing day and probably 2. If anything it seems set up for him not to go to USC more so than the other schools
