This is a blow, but definitely no surprise. He's been gone to USC for 2 months now(ever since they showed interest/offered).
It will be interesting to see what the staff does though. Do they put the press on someone like Rettig that had already committed to BC, or go after someone like Garret Grayson/Tyler Bray? Time for Kiffin to put this "all-star recruiting staff" to work.

He is in the same high school class as Chad Jones and Jimmy Clausen, so he would have been a redshirt sophomore this year if he hadn't gotten kicked out of Florida.
I think he is playing JUCO ball this year and will have 2 years after that. I read a while back that he was interested in Mississippi State and Tennessee.

They'll get some QB to make the switch...there has to be some three or four star out there that would love to start for 4 years.

Or do they find a QB from an NAIA school to transfer since they have already gotten the best JC has to offer???

This made my day. Especially hearing on the radio all day Monday and Tuesday not to count the Vols out, Scroggins hadn't committed yet. He has family in Tennessee. etc. etc.
