I do not care where Shep plays but he will be on the field as a freshman.

Jesus Christ people! I am not saying we will definitely land him, but can we at least wait until we hear something from the kid's mouth. I can't believe he wouldn't want to come here with all this optimism.

There is no way that RS is a better passing QB than JJ. He'll either be...as a previous poster said...another Chiles, or he can be a big time contributor at WR. That's JMHO, obviously. Flame away if you must.

He said "looked better" as in JJ's passes have some zip on them, whereas Pryor kinda floats them. I don't think he said anything about stats.....which depend on, you know, play calls, the receivers catching the ball, etc.

well since "looking better" is subjective, i tried to introduce objective evidence as to why pryor played better. yall act like freaking tom brady was playing QB for us on friday. did JJ have some good throws? ya. did he run the bootleg well? ya. did he win the game? obviously not. "having zip" on the throws and blaming the play calling/ receivers doesnt win games. he played ok-- and thats it. since everyone thinks he did so great-- can one of you explain why he didnt move the ball AT ALL in the 4th quarter. 1 first down at the end would have iced the game, but he didnt get it done. fair or not, thats the role of the QB: too much credit when you win, all the blame when you lose. jesus, i feel like im arguing with jordan's parents here....
