Robinson and LSU

On Robinson's interest in LSU. I don't think LSU has a chance with him. It does not seem that he is willing to spend the kind of time getting to know LSU that he is spending getting to know Auburn. If you have a big prospective client the you want to make sure he is comfortable with you and not with your competition. You want to have a relationship with him that is better than your competitors. If all things are equal on the product you are selling he will always buy from the person he knows best.
As I see how his recruiting is going he seems to spend about 2 days or 48 hours on the campus of Auburn getting to know the coaches and players then goes to LSU and spends maybe 8 hours and does not have the time to hang out with the team. In business you will never get the sale under those circumstances. In government the lobbyist who is getting 8 hours does not have a chance against the one who gets 48 hours. Without the same kind of quality time I think Auburn would have to really screw up not to get this young man.

Robinsons mind is far from being made up - it will be tough getting him out of LA with the haul that LSU is prepped to bring In

Maybe it's because he has lived here his whole life and has always been an LSU fan? Maybe it's because he already knows everything he needs to know about LSU and knows everyone around here?
C'mon man, at least think before you post sometime

I agree, but I see 10, with us losing a game we shouldn't but getting a game back with an upset win

If LSU plays well and beats AU then we'll see where he is.

Visualize Robinson putting on the LSU hat.
Feel as though Robinson has signed with LSU.
FEEL good, that Robinson is going to be on the LSU line.
FEEL IT.

We beat Auburn by 21 points last year. Didn't matter to Trovon.

I don't think wins against a team or for a team count as much in recruiting. I forgot who it was a few years ago LSU was going after hard, but they ended up going to someone we beat pretty handidly the year before. I remember them saying they liked the coaches better and they needed all the help they could get.
