I say that's fine. I understand he is sleeping from working all night, but he also knew he was on deck, and it could be his pick at any time this morning. He could have at least sent some picks to Dan or Pasty.

That's what I was guessing because I noticed he didn't sign a LOI. Is he going to JUCO and coming back to Seattle later or what?
He disappeared off the face of the earth. Nobody knows what happened to him. From the sounds of it, he was one of those really lazy guys, and the coaches dropped him about 6 months before LOI day.

By the way, I do have a life, but I happen to be online almost all of the time due to the nature of my job (unless I am on the road). I think this year is going okay so far with Dan and i splitting the duties.
Yeah, that was tongue in cheek, I wasn't calling you out. As a college student, I have a job that I will be at for sometimes 9 hours during a day that I have no access to the internet. If I'm close though, I'll try to remember to email my picks to someone.

I think that's only right. He has my email and Pasty's. He could have submitted a list.

T Dawg (Knower of all things UW)
What have you heard about Chris Young (S/LB)? He was one of my favorite picks last year, but he failed to qualify and landed at Wester Arizona JUCO. He had a good season and plans on attending UW as planned eventually. Any updates? The kid is a killer.
He was dead set on going to a JUCO for two years and then attending UW, but his plans have changed a bit. He decided to open up his recruitment a little this time around because he never really went through the process the first time by committing pretty early. As of right now he has a top 3 of UW, USC, and Oregon. He plans on graduating this December so he can enroll early for the 2012 season. He was absolutely in love with UW the first time around and it would allow him a chance to come back home, so if the coaches really want him back that's where I would expect him to end up.
His Junior highlight film was pretty ridiculous though. I wish he had highlights from his Senior season because he tore it up, but from how his season ended, I think he just wanted to forget about it and move on. He got drunk, showed up at a school dance, acted really stupid there, so they ended up suspending him for the rest of the season. They were already locked into the playoffs and the #1 team in the state, but he was their best player (started at RB and S) and they ended up losing either in the 2nd round or the Semis, I forget.

Don't know much about bailey but he's a good fit in the 3-4 defense.

What.
A.
Shame.
He looks liked he would be a beast, maybe not as much as Polk was but a big, physical, tough runner and one who could open some serious holes.

They wanted Davis to be their version of Lendale White. Unfortunately he was probably lazier than White.

With the 109th pick, Suntiger selects Trevon Randle OLB from LSU. Athletic linebacker that played some running back and even returned a kickoff for a TD in high school. Not a really highly ranked guy by most services, but tailor made for John Chavis' defensive scheme. Also, with the lack of true depth at the linebacker spot, Trevon should see some early PT. I think my LBing core is set with DePriest and Randle who should be two of the best LBers in the SEC along with CJ Johnson in three to five years.

I don't know if I'd say reach, and I wanted him, but I sort of expected him to last until round 7 or 8.
I think he'll be a great player in time.

Well rivals has him ranked really low and Scout has him ranked a lot higher, so it probably depends on who is looking at what list. There also seems to be a premium on LSU players and I don't pick again for quite a while and didn't expect him to make it back around so I reached a little. I think he will be a really good player before he leaves though.

That's true. I'm just on the best available train right now until my big board is empty and then I'm looking forward to getting to the players I actually really like, heh. I understand (us being an LSU board) why the LSU players are going so soon and it's definitely better to grab that player you really like than to lose out on him in the interim.

Okay, time to start acquiring some beef. I'm going to pick DT Phillip Dukes, from Manning, SC and signed with South Carolina.
He has flexibility to play inside or out and I don't think it's going to hurt playing alongside Clowney.
Had considered building another position at this point but a couple of the guys I want, I believe are going to be a little under the radar.

If that was your guy, you lucked out because he was one of the three players I considered with my last pick.

Trevon could end up being a really good pick, but the one thing that scared me off was the number of quality LBs we're expected to sign next year. Plus he's a little thin, but he's fast and diagnoses plays quickly, often getting to the ball carrier before linemen have a chance to block him. So if he can start working hard now so he stays on the depth chart later, he'll be a really good pick.
