We need to get BayouCat here so we can knock out a few picks.

LaDarius Brown, WR
Brown is a playmaking threat that can go down and make a big play vertically over the top of defenders. He has big play abilities, but he is also able to run quick routes underneath the defense and get YAC. He is also a punishing blocker that seems to take pride in playing hard on all of the snaps. On defenses he is a big hitter with range. -Scout
Charles Jackson, CB
There has never been any doubt about Jackson’s ability to be an aggressive defender who will come up from the corner spot and make sure tackles and with his size and long arms. There was some concern about him being able to be the type of player you could put on an island and let him lock down the other team’s best receiver one-on-one and he answered those questions by dominating at the U.S. Army Bowl. -Scout

Back after going to the parades in New Orleans this weekend.
Thoughts on what I missed:
I don't think Kasen Williams is a reach by any means
I think it's fine and not "homerism" if TDDawg takes West Coast guys, just like I tend to lean toward east coast guys because I'm more familiar with them from LSU recruiting and I'm more familiar with the situations that they are walking into.
LaDarius Brown..........great pick. I was hoping he might fall to the next round so I could snag him up. I think he could do really well at TCU.

TCU is building some serious momentum in recruiting IMO.

It's not homerism when you take a really good player. He may not be the fastest, but is a great possesion guy. He will definitely see time this year.
I was really hoping to get my pick in this morning. I will probably have to be out of the office for most of the day.
Pasty has my number, so lets try to get this thing rolling. If not, I can go ahead and pick my team right now, and y'all can finish the draft. Sounds good?
Again, I will try to stay in phone contact with Pasty today.

Since the last pick was made at 4:00 PM yesterday, I will bump at 11:00 instead of Noon. I have Flask's pick, so I will move it along at that time.

Pasty, am I able to catch up on my picks now?
Posted on 3/7/11 at 10:26 am to Dolemite
If you think you are going to be able to have regular access moving forward, go with it.
