I've gone the way of not allowing that. Just because so many of them that are fabulous players have slipped through the cracks:
Patrick Hall, Petey Smith etc. On the one hand, it'd be nice to reward someone for doing the research to realize this on the other hand, not every site lists these guys as resigns and what not so it sort of sucks.
Also, no one can take Lonnie Ballentine either. That'd be a bullshite move.
