They only go straight into the rotation because of WHEN they will be coming to LSU.
If they had come in '08 they would be redshirted...but coming '09 gives them the opportunity to get some PT.
LSU graduates a lot of DL after the 08 season, opening up PT opportunity for CD ad JM.
