I noticed a few days ago on her USA Gymnastics profile that Michigan is no longer listed as her college choice. That’s interesting.

As well as Leanne Wong who apparently was planning to commit this year. She has taken all her visits.

Wong would be incredible. She has rumored to be a Florida lean for a while things change as you know. Hoping the fact that Aleah coming to LSU and her coach is an ex LSU gymnast can help.

TB357,,, I have a question that maybe you can explain. In the Meet we noticed that Maggie Nichols only does 2 passes on the Floor and everyone else does 3, and yet she scores as well as anyone. Can you explain what the deal is with that. Not suggesting foul play, just do not understand I am sure????

You are allowed to do two passes but you have to fill certain requirements through more difficult leap series and dance elements.
That said, this is one of the many issues with NCAA gymnastics. Personally they all should be required to do 3 passes. I don't think its fair to reward a routine like that a 9.95. Same with some of the elementary beam routines by some teams, they shouldn't be rewarded for doing the bare minimum and only that.
I'm sure everyone has seen Darren Lovell's tweet, hahaha he is getting roasted by thousands of people

I sure wish the judging could be revamped to the point we are on a more level playing field. Again in no way am I suggesting foul play this weekend. I actually caught the 2 pass deal on Friday night and was curious then. For the record Maggie is awesome, so certainly no problem with her.
BTW, you mentioned you are almost ready to post the new recruiting thread,,, I really hope it has the current girls coming in this September, as well as future commits.

Yes I took joy in responding to his tweet! And I enjoyed all of the responses, especially Finnegan’s. He always tries to downplay other people’s successes. I took a look at his Wikipedia page, and I’m not surprised that he tweeted what he did. He’s not a nice man at all. I feel sorry for his wife.
