Luke, you generally have good insight into most of your posts and they are usually worth reading but damn man you are trying WAY too hard to get on the squad. No offense, but it's just not very becoming.
You should act like you belong, not like you really really really need to be on the squad. Plus more people will listen to what you have to say this way.
