Great, when Berry runs for 1,700 in college and wins the Heisman, make sure and bump this ok

Even if we did you'd just say he developed into a different player he is now and take credit for it.

some of these guys are just so under recruited Clean. I guess thats what programs like La Tech, ULL And Tulane have had great RB programs over the last 2 decades. They get all these leftovers

This is where you lose your cred. 05 Bush had 237 touches. 2218 yards at 9.4 per touch. 18 td's. If that is what you're comparing Berry to and that isn't good enough. Maybe you should change sports.

Yet with a 3 peat and history just a yard away, they were scared to give him the ball because of a loaded box. I don't agree with Lester's rankings but he hit the nail on the head about this aspect. He was the best player in the country but not the best RB on his team. Many can't discern the difference.
To Lester's credit he values traditional RB traits. They don't need gimmicks to be productive. Just a hole.

I mean Clean we can't use that KO return as a good indicator. He ran around 1a football players man.

Nah ma baw. I've been around this site just as long as you have.....I think you did good work with this list....BUT you tend to give so many opinions that sometimes you forget what you said.

Will do, just to remind you, that you had him 4th.

4th in a great, in-state RB class!

He'd be maximizing his potential as an athlete playing WR, though.

How do you know that won't happen? I'm just trying to understand the logic here. I've seen film of the kid, watched him work 7 v 7 and you are acting like he can't be utilized in that capacity?

the guy put together a list. and it looks like he put a little time and effort into it.

bookmark it and revisit over the next few years and see how accurate it is instead of peacocking before anyone has played a college game.

And yet Carroll did the same thing with the Hawks in the superbowl, and allowed the Pats to win. Sometimes bad coaching is bad coaching.

Bush would fit better in today's NFL. The college game as well as the NFL has changed. That is why Berry will succeed.

How am I peacocking? I'm simply sitting here reading this man's investment into this and his knock on a kid who happens to be probably the best athlete in America in 2025 is......he doesn't run north/south, and he plays shitty competition.

Yeah? You do realize he plays running back for his team because his school doesn't have a superstar qb who can get him the ball consistently right. So they are using their strengths of OL development and handing it off to him for some ridiculously effective numbers.

I think they are taking him as a RB with the way they are recruiting the position.
