you are correct. i read an interview with him and he acted like distance will be a factor which mean imo bama and msu is a bigger threat than people think

your right I am being a little over dramactic. But I am sensitive with both subjects losing high caliber LA recruits that we obviously need. And losing them to USC. I hate USC.
BUt optimistically we recruit strong every year so we should never hurt when 1 player doesnt join us. Like McKnight he could have been a NC. I bet he goes pro early anyway.

The whole thing about comparing him to Mcnugget is bull shite. Mcnugget strung the LSU coaches along until signing day, made a big fuking show and then stuck his thumb in our eye. This kid and his folks are not like that. If an 18 year old makes the decision of a life to go elsewhere, then wish him luck. Just don't compare him to the MCK.

We will get RR. I'm confident that LSU is the place for him and he knows that.
But if for some reason we don't, all will be fine in TigerTown. We're on top of the college football world, and it's going to take more than 1 WR choosing another school to change that. We'll still have the #2 or #3 class in the country even without him.

fixed the last statement and it's not like JM's coach is pro LSU...that's one thing LSU has in their favor with Randle.

And the kid is not at LSU. It's Bastrop HS FB right now. Not LSU. If he comes to LSU, great news, if he goes somewhere else, then it sucks. I realize that. But i wouldn't lose sleep over losing a 18 yo kid who will make a decision in 6 months from now.

He plays for Bastrop but we are recruiting him to be a part of preciuos football team. its a part of LSU football. If he nevers come here then its just that. We recruited extremely hard. I think we still have a strong chase to get him but like I said threads like this make me nervous.
