maybe I was expecting too much. I expected him to be as good if not close to Jones. Its not even close.
Thanks for your opinion. I don't really have one since I've only seen the MS/AL all star game with J.J. year before last. But, I am wondering where the heck Cadello is on this thread?

Rodman is as close to a scout as you will find. He has been a DJ on female pop radio stations in Lafayette and Alabama.

Are you suggesting that Ole Miss will win the west. They are the only one with an experienced QB.
I don't know the gripe between you guys... but anyone who takes Ole Miss lightly, at least for now, will probably regret it.

Hey dumbfrick, did you compare JJ as a Junior and RR as a junior? Also, as someone else said, they are like comparing TO and Randy Moss.
Another thing, you can list yourself as an LSU fan, but don't expect us to believe it.
fricking Gumps think we're all dumb and that we all live on da Bayous paddling our pirougues to work. fricking idiots.

You remind me of BT4LSU without the personal threats.

If he goes to LSU, I will bet anyone that Randle will not have the production of A.J Green or Julio Jones.
Considering he will be lining up on the opposite side of a first team all SEC receiver and a probable first round pick next year, I'd say you are right.

That's a decent bet....as is the bet that he will be playing for a National Championship, whereas at Bama or Georgia, he would just be living with hype machines and inevitable disappointment.
I would also take you up on this.

And yet, like Clayton, Bowe, Davis, Doucet and LaFell, he'll be a high draft pick.
The reason Julio is as big as Julio is is because Bama's never seen anything like him. Randle will be the most hyped WR at LSU coming in since...Early Doucet.

I know this is off topic, but whatever, why do all of you think lafell is a first rounder? Obviously the NFL advisory ppl felt otherwise or he wouldn't be enrolled at lsu. In the past 2 years I can remember him dropping a lot of balls.

LSU has much more talent at WR than UGA or BAMA. THAT will be the only reason that RR may not have great #s next year!
Are you listing reasons for RR to go to AL? This is a good start.

how can you truly compare the two when randle played qb of late?

i wouldn't say first rounder any more bc the past few drafts.. but receivers as a whole are down a bit in ncaa..
lafell runs beautiful routes, he's physical, around 6'3 so he has good size i believe, and his hands have improved tremendously.

in three years with the Tigers, LaFell established himself as one of the top pass catchers in school history. He has 118 career receptions for 1,725 yards and 18 touchdowns. LaFell will go into his senior season with a chance to finish among the school’s top 10 in all three receiving categories – receptions, yards, and touchdowns.
As a junior in 2008, LaFell put together one of the best seasons for a receiver in school history with 63 receptions for 929 yards and a league-leading eight touchdowns.
not too shabby for playing with several different qbs in his college career.. russell, flynn, perrilloux, lee, etc..

Don't know if this has been posted before but i'd never seen most of these highlights. Looks pretty impressive to me.

I would since he was projected to be a late first rounder or early second rounder this year. Next year if he has a similar year to this past year, and I'm anticipating a better year, he should be a high first rounder.

Boy you've got a really expansive vocabulary.

Those are valid points, I guess I just didn't pay enough attention to him.

I bet he'll have more TDs than Jones. How much are you willing to put on it?
