He's going to bowling green. His old QB coach is the head guy there

Yes it does. It means he's struggling to stay healthy and at this rate his outlook for a long career in the NFL isn't very good.

LSU offered Trevor Knight, so I don't see why they wouldn't have interest in this kid. He'd be a better fit in a pro style offense than an Air Raid. Good fit for us, IMO

Webb has a strong arm and can make all the throws but he doesn't have much mobility and would make some plays each game that your quarterback just can't make. He also got hurt a few times which was surprising considering his size.
I think the LSU stage would be too big for him and he would be better suited at a non P-5 school where he has a better chance of getting into a rhythm and not fearing he will be yanked at the first sign of trouble. Wouldn't be surprised if he became a solid QB after a year or two if he finds the right spot.

I wouldn't mind bringing him to LSU as depth. I want Harris to be the guy. I want to ride this thing out. I think it could be a special year for him coming up. I think having Cameron on the field along with Harris being in his 3rd year, and hopefully our other skill guys getting better will produce something LSU fans can be proud of.

This is the kind of kid Saban will go after just like he did Coker from FSU

Nah, they are heavily into dual threats or at least pro style QBs that are pretty mobile. Both Michigan and Bama were trying to get that FCS transfer that is a dual threat stat machine.
