Today's Tupelo,Ms newspaper has Nkemdiche's brother saying he's going to Ole Miss. Other reports say it's down to OM and LSU ,possibly Bama or Florida. I've heard and read it's Ole Miss, so let's don't get our hopes up. We're about to lose all 3 we are still going after in these all-star games. A reporter from Tupelo,Ms is at the practices and game on Friday. I plan to watch the game at 4:00 and I'll report on TD who these guys choose ,if it's today and not Feb. 6th..

Check this out:

Ole Miss's sudden surge to the top of Nkemdiche's list has left tongues wagging in the Magnolia State and even has the Mississippi legislature looking into his recruitment. In particular, a detailed email complaint hs been lodged with the Mississippi State Legislature's Joint Committee on Performance Evaluation and Expenditure Review (PEER) that one reason Nkemdiche may attend Ole Miss is because his father, Sunday Nkemdiche, a doctor in the state of Georgia, has been promised a job at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMC) in Jackson, Mississippi. (The reason the legislature would be involved in any way? The facility is a state hospital funded by taxpayer dollars).

@38Godfrey: Re: Clay Travis / Nkemdiche, the PEER review has been considered and shrugged off, and is a month old. MS leg. would pass to NCAA if legit.

Well, now that Eric Reid is going pro, Nkemdiche can keep his #1 at LSU, if somehow we land him

He is absolutely not 100% NO coming to LSU. Stop with this stupid optimism. He's all Ole Piss. We have Herron. Yay.

If we want to discuss it it's not hurting anyone. We all know that he's likely not coming to LSU but it beats talking about the same 3 or 4 guys all the time for months on end.

Until he signs his LOI he's fair game for discussion.
