Welcome to TexAgs, the site that wished ill will and harm on Fobbs and many other recruits. Nothing but a bunch of southern rednecks on that site that thing A&M is God's gift to football.
Same goes for Taylor Hamm who is actually employed by 247 Recruiting

And your comparing of LSU to Bama isnt the whole story. LSU gets more of their kids actually on campus and in the program than Bama.

Writers or message board fans?
I stay on the TexAgs premium boards. The posters on there are pretty civil and don't attack people/recruits personally. It is a message board so it's not perfect but the staff there keeps it pretty clean. And I've never seen Liucci, Gabe Bock, Logan Lee or Brandon Leone speak in an unprofessional manner towards a recruit. Not even Corey Nelson.
That said I only go to the free board for the hotties threads
So I don't know what those goons are saying. Probly similar to the rantards

I don't even remember people being upset with Fobbs, Geaux. No one should fault a kid for staying in state. We try and protect our borders as do y'all.
People that were upset were upset that CLM decided to recruit Fobbs as a WR instead of a DB in their opinion only to get his sig. I do realize LSU needed a replacement for Mike Davis flopping. Those same people were upset they think CLM has done the same thing with Davante Bourque.

Still, you left that out. Cant be selective with your info, when trying to make a point.
1) Getting PP7 was HUGE, and goes against your arguement.
2) Avery is STILL being heavily persued by all the big boys, and still remains strong.
There are some people who will always find something to bitch about. It's just their nature. Recruiting is the last thing LSU fans have to worry about. Miles and Co. have brought in some huge names as well as more than their share of sleepers. Both in and out of state.
