Portal question for teams in the playoffs

Do the kids on these teams have to declare for the portal now, or are they given a separate window?

This is something I have been wondering so I looked it up and I think it’s huge.
Portal window closes December 28.
First round of Playoffs is December 20 and 21.
Second round of Playoffs is not until December 31 and January 1.
So 8 teams will still be in the hunt with Portal window closing. I think that really helps those 8 keep a team together.
Now there is a Spring Portal window but I feel like that has less action.
This shite is so dumb.

All playoff teams have kids in the portal. Arizona At has like 11. I think Tennessee has 8.

Players get an additional 5-day window to enter the portal starting the day after their team’s final game. This applies to both bowl games and the CFP. So if a team plays a bowl game on New Year’s Day, the players can enter the portal from 1/2-1/6.
It gets interesting for teams in the semifinals (1/9-1/10) and championship game (1/20) though, because I’m not sure they would be able to enroll elsewhere for the spring semester at that point.
