SFP do you hate Miles that much, do you hate LSU, or do you love LSU so much you are negative to balance it out?
I love that Les does stuff like this. Shows he's a real guy and doesn't live his life trying to make cool comments like comparing something he did to 9/11.

You are vastly underselling the coaching requirements for implementing the triple option.
I am guessing you have never played the game. Or, at least, played in this system.
It takes much, much longer than a week or two arrive at a game-ready flex package.
There's only one team in Division 1-A that I can think of that runs this as a change of pace / side system -- Air Force.
And, obviously, those are some of the most disciplined players in the country.

SFP, that avatar is a reason you should receive a shitload of ridicule. I can't believe you haven't caught shite for having two guys kissing for your avatar.

we had months in the offseason to prepare to install it, and if it wasn't our base we'd only need 5-7 plays

lots of teams run it out of the shotgun as a change of pace

Did you not say that LSU should have installed it "after the Alabama game"?

This is a totally different offense than GT flexbone. Completely different.
Don't buy into the bullshite "the spread option is the natural evolution of the triple option" talking points.

no i said our Bama and on offense was super conservative stuff (i call it les ball)
we should have been running option with john williams or one of the mitchells at QB all year
and we should have run the wildcat more (TH is perfect for the motion/sweep role)

depending on the spread option, it is (like the old West Virginia offense) essentially using triple option principles just out of much different formations (and as a result the actual plays are altered to take advantage)

God I don't think I've ever seen anyone talk out of both sides of their head so much Slo Flo!
You try to piss down people's back and tell them it's raining!!!!
You say something so blatantly obvious in MEANING,,,, then there you go again saying I didn't say that... That kind of crap makes people sick my man... I never thought a silly poster online would irritate me so much. I hope I never have to meet you in person! I honest to god think I would have to open a wrist rather than probably listen to you for two minutes!!

SFP and Max, both just hate Les and wont stand on an actual point, they just keep dodging with Clintonesque moves.
"Pleas define is" or "You love white players"

Man. It's really not.
This is just as much as a stereotype as the requisite white defensive end with a huge motor.

Yea right ,, everybody on here makes crap up about SLO, Man! I read those weeks of posting on hester, Flynn, and that team with my own eyes... Again 'all these people are wrong!' YOU just couldn't be lying...

Man. It's really not.
even johnson is running wide splits like you see in spread offenses in order to clear to the outside
but the main difference is that the spread option option is horizontal, while a classical triple option is all predicated on the FB threat up the gut (the spread option creates the same void in the D by having 3-4 WRs)

Well I agree that this class has fallen below basically the expectations of delusional fans. Everyone thought we'd pull in EVERY 5* we wanted, and when Debose and Campbell committed elsewhere, along with some guys like Pratt and Montgomery up in the air, people are disappointed.
This class is great, but finishing with someone like Bennie Logan and Josh Jones instead of Debose and Campbell isn't exactly finishing strong. If we lose Randle, I'll be disappointed in how it ended, but I'm not right now. We haven't lost anyone we should have gotten to this point.

Since you know all about who should play, what offense we should run, what a good class looks like, why are you posting here instead of enjoying your sucessful coaching/recruiting/scouting career?
