The problem I see is not the recruiting aspect There is no doubt CEO can recruit he has proven time and time again the problem he has is closing the deal getting to the kid to sign on the dotted line. Other coaches are able to close the deals better than CEO.

I think with O recruits needed to be sold he can do a good job HCing a team due to his failures at Ole Miss. After last season I think he probably dispelled a lot of those concerns for recruits.
Still need to load trenches up though which is the main criticism with his recruiting right now.

He always recruited well here....but now he is doing it at an ELITE level. And that is due to 4 top ten wins this year
