And what type of QB did JJ look like against that "real" D, along with the "unreal" D of UGA in your opinion?
He looked like a JV QB as well. What's your point? Put in a shitty QB in place of another shitty QB and hope maybe he learned how to be better after not getting much better for 4 years? So maybe the answer was Mettenberger? I just don't see the point in bringing a JJ/JL argument into the recruiting board. I am appreciative of JJ/JL for what they did while at LSU but I am also glad to move on.

Tomorrow like LSU, but he doesnt have to enroll for another week so this could drag out for another week.

Somewhat????
You specifically brought it up in the post at the top of the page. So, you don't want anyone to respond, just state it as fact then accuse others of derailing when they reply?
Was merely responding to someone who insinuated that karma (or something of the sort) was biting Les Miles in the arse. I don't think Jarrett Lee or Jordan Jefferson have anything to do with Gunner Kiel.

come on people. Don't fall for the cheap way out. Man up.
Gunner Kiel is a great QB prospect that we would all love to have on the team. It is a big loss.
The kid, in the end, is staying home to play closer to Mom. I wish he had made this decision earlier so we didn't lose Miller...but I understand what happened.
I wish him luck against everyone but LSU.

If he and his parents were sold on LSU before there is a reason they aren't sold now. People don't take all that time to commit and suddenly change their minds to play closer to home. Anything happen in the last week? Hmmmm

No one on here knows. But surely you could admit you see how it might have influenced his reconsideration? May not have at all either. But to state Les handling of Lee in the MNC game had no affect whatsoever on Kiel's decision as a fact, unless you personally know him, is sticking your head in the sand.

Let's not forget he effectively cost us Patrick Miller also because he was supposed to be an EE.

Calm down man.
I was joking with my past post. Just trying to keep the fans from jumping off the ledge.
Sarcasm.

I might regret this but at this point IDGAF.
This was the worst kind of spurn. He took a spot that now most likely wasted.
I hope he has a miserable career at ND. I hope Kelly Gives him a quick hook and he transfers out of there.

You are correct. It may have had an effect. But to bring it up as if it is fact, like that person did, is also "sticking your head in the sand".
ETA: I have no beef with you Festus. It was with whoever I responded to initially.
