BayouCat's stud linebacker (Matthew Thomas) has cold, confused feet.

Good. If that happens he won't interfere with my 2012 pick, Eligwe, getting on the field!

Well I just took some time to go through my entire draft document. Completely updated my combined roster and removed all guys who have no eligibility remaining. Mostly JUCO guys gone so far, but everyone that has been here since the beginning will start to have many guys graduate next year and the year after.

So far, I have 9 players that are done with college football. 4 were drafted to the NFL, and one signed as an UDFA. One of my guys that did not sign was RB John White from Utah. I drafted him in 2011 in the 15th round, and he has been a fantastic player for being drafted there. He is the leader all time in Utes history for single season carries, yards, and touchdowns. 2 seasons- 534 carries 2560 yards 23 TD’s.

I just realized I had 2 first rounders in this years draft: Reid (18) and Richardson (13).

Anyone else having the same feeling of scouting excellence

I'm happy with Watkins. He's my only national standout. Watch out for FSU's Josue Matias. He may be,my second favorite pick.

Sorry to report but we lost one of the players drafted in our draft.

Gauis Vaenuku, who was to attend Utah, was drafted by Dan this last draft. He, as well as Polo Manukainiu a 2012 recruit to A&M, died in a car crash. I tried to look to see if Polo was drafted but I can't find his name. I'm also on my phone though.

Thought of RMD when I heard about the crash. Tragic accident.

Some other reports from Pasty's RMD roster, none of which are positive:

Johnny Manziel appears to be in full melt down mode, including his folks. Camp needs to start.

Wes Brown, RB, Maryland, Followed up a great frosh season by getting arrested on serious charges. If found guilty, football is over.

OJ Ross, WR, Purdue - Got suspended by Purdue after his Jr. season after having a nice 3 yr start. He was eligible for the supplemental draft, but was undrafted. Wait and see on free agent offers.

Nickell Robey, CB, USC - Left early for NFL draft. Signed with Buffalo Bills as UFA. (battling Ron Brooks for nickel cb spot)

Just wanted to say hello to you guys. When this years RMD started I was near death in a hospital room because of the MRSA infection. I still have a long recovery, but am looking forward to next year. Thanks Dan for getting me thru this years draft.

And in true BCF style I must talk some smack. Not only did I select Cam, but this year I had 2 first round draft pics as well. I won't even mention I have to be the first guy to land his second Heisman winner. May the Kadeem Carey Heisman begin. See ya next year!

All I saw was the headline that Polo had died, but when I read that I feared Gauis may be involved.

I've had some tragedies.

Lots of exciting things happening.

Rushel Shell has finally found a home at WVU, love it been wanting to buy some stock in Dana Holgerson.

My 2012 19th round Michigan OL Ben Braden is getting rave reviews from the spring. He's locked up a starting spot at guard and very good chance he slots in at Left Tackle next year when Lewan moves on.

My 2012 10th round pick WR Gehrig Deiter has transferred to Bowing Green. Pass heavy team, great fit.

My guys who started as freshman: Michigan LB James Ross, Miami RB Duke Johnson, Colorado CB Kenneth Crawley, Western Michigan WR Jaime Wilson are all healthy and poised for big years

Still very much pissed at the people who robbed me of Vince Mayle, Lester Liston, and Dionte Savage.

Even more pissed that I didn't pick San Jose State QB David Fales who is a likely 2014 first round pick next year.

Already have an ever growing wordpad file for this year with about 15-20 names and 3-4 that I am already sold on and will pick

Updates on UW guys...

All UW guys that were picked in this draft have qualified with the exception of Andrew Basham (who was picked by SunTiger in the 22nd round). Not sure what's going to happen with him. He will either grayshirt and try to improve his grades, go to a JC, or disappear into oblivion.

I know that there were questions about Joe Mathis (also picked by SunTiger in the 7th round), but he's on enrolled and on campus. He has a good shot at some playing time this year.

Also, Pio Vatuvei (picked by Roll Tigers in the 11th round of the 2012 draft) was kicked off of the team today.

Training camp starts up next Monday, so I'll let you know. I really, really like his Senior film though. He claimed these measurements on Twitter a few weeks ago (so take that fwiw ). We should see updated and accurate height and weight measurements next week.

"You ever seen a corner, 6'3 and a half, 200+. Lbs, 40+ inch vert, 4.4 forty? And who could actually play corner??"
