My dad coached this guy in baseball up until high school and we have watched him play football..he absolutely loves LSU and though he has the tendency to be lax if you can get him to turn on the jets he is a 6'3 315 pound disruptor who could make all sec on O or D line...fwiw his teammate RICHIE BROWN is a highly touted linebacker and we are close friends with his family..he is currently 6'3 and 215 as a junior, with room to grow...

He loves LSU and will most likely end up a tiger if offered..he may grow more his dad is 6'7

Mississippi Gulf Coast has always had some great players. I believe Art Cantrelle who played when Tommy Casanova, Buddy Lee and Bert Jones were all at LSU was from Biloxi. I sure hope we get those 2 guys from Long Beach.

I have heard several people in the know say that Art Cantrelle was perhaps the meanest player ever to don an LSU uniform.

BTW, Nick James' LB team beat ours 62-0 this past season. The QB threw something like 5 TD passes in the first half.

I played at Hancock and we played against Long Beach and they sucked except for James. That was before I moved to Florida though. He was a monster as a sophmore. Pass Christian sucks

Hancock always has those big redneck kids. I played at Long Beach and my senior year our LT was a 180 lb freshman. Our starting rb who played at Ole Miss was bigger than all but one of our linemen.

That is how it goes sometime. We were pretty bad at one point. But coach King has come in and done a great job. We were always a hard nose football team and Hancock. When we started getting away from that is when we started getting worked by teams.

I don't understand, we used to dominate in Middle School and JV but could never do it on the high school level, I don't understand it. We had a great head coach, we just didn't have a lot of talent.

When we played LB in middle school you guys were good but we didn't lose to you. Then when high school came around it seemed like we were on another level than you guys. Never made sense to me.
