Need an opinion from the resident recruiting experts.

Do you think this kid could play at the FCS level? (McNeese, NWST type schools)

3-year starter at 6A school in Houston at Safety

Depends on his heart. I might be wrong but physically he doesn't sound much if any different than Honey Badger. Matheau wasn't really anyone spectacular physically. But man he had the extra thing you can't put your finger on that makes a good player great.

kid has decent flip to his hips and really good hands. Seems like his speed is decent. Is he a true 5'11? or like 5'9...5'10 with cleats on?

I just looked at the stats you listed. My point was most of the times big schools will ignore someone like that. But occasionally a player comes along that defies the stats.

Does he want to play at Mcneese? Lance is a childhood friend. I can have him look at the film ONLY if the kid would jump...I didn't watch and am offering just in case it's a relative of yours

at the very end he got a 4 star bump but through most of the process the scouting services and most major colleges had Tyrann as a 3*
